Sound familiar?
“The recipe says 'high heat wok toss.' I have an electric stove and a non-stick pan.”
“I followed every step. It still didn't look like the photo. I don't know what went wrong.”
“The recipe calls for doubanjiang, shaoxing wine, and dark soy sauce. I have none of these.”
It's not you. It's the recipe — it wasn't built for your kitchen.
What makes Holia different.
Adapts to your stove
Induction, electric, or gas — every recipe adjusts heat levels, timing, and technique to your exact setup.
Shows what right looks like
Each step has a done-state photo. You know when the oil is hot enough, when the rice is ready to flip.
Flags what you can swap
No dark soy sauce? Holia tells you what to use instead, with exact ratios and flavor change notes.
Catches mistakes before you do
Common errors flagged at each step. If something goes wrong, you get a fix — not just a warning.

Four moments that show why Holia works differently.
Beat Eggs
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until smooth. Optionally add a small pinch of salt while beating for seasoning.

Scramble Eggs and Set Aside
Heat oil in the wok. Pour in the eggs and scramble until just set but still soft. Remove and set aside.

Stir-fry Tomatoes Until Saucy
In the same wok, add a little more oil. Stir-fry the tomato wedges with a pinch of sugar until they break down into a thick sauce.

Return Eggs and Toss Together
Return the scrambled eggs to the wok. Toss gently with the tomato sauce. Season with salt and serve.
